You can apply for a Shengen visa to submit the visa application to Danish Embassy only with a prior appointment. Please go to any of the branches of PromInvestBank and make a payment for service charge. The service charge needs to be made before you schedule an appointment. Please follow this http://www.pib.com.ua to find a branch of PromInvestBank closest to the place of your residence.

The amount payable per application is 60 UAH (inclusive of VAT).
Please make sure that your receipt for service charge (recipient - Interlink Solutions Account No. 2600730511671, sort code: 300012, company registration number:35454717) has the following information: your international passport number, first and your last name in Latin letters as they appear in your passport.

After making the payment you can schedule an appointment as following:

• By visiting our website http://www.denmarkvac-ua.com or;
  
• By calling (+38) 0 44 594 96 16 / (+38) 0 50 1179008 - Monday to Friday, from 08:00 till 18:00 hrs.
• All applicants are advised that scheduling for appointments can only be done after 24 hours from the date of payment.

You will need the following information to schedule an appointment:

• Your unique reference number as mentioned on the receipt issued by PromInvestBank;
  
• Your international passport number, first and last name in Latin letters as they appear in your passport.
