Visa Fees

All fees are non-refundable and are to be paid before submitting an application for visa or a residence/work permit. The visa handling fee in national currency of Ukraine, hryvnia (UAH) should be paid into the Embassy's bank account:

The above list represents a selection of the existing consular fees. Some fees incur surplus charges if demanded after normal working hours. For full details please refer to the Payment for Services overview containing the full list of consular fees.

When submitting your application at the Embassy you are requested to show the original bank receipt to the visa officer - and 2 (two) copies hereof to be submitted your application.

The following are exempt from paying fees:

  1. Spouses of EU/EEA nationals as well as their children or the spouse's children who are below the age of 21 or are supported by the EU or EEA national at the time the application is submitted. This rule does not, however, apply to spouses or relatives to Danish nationals living outside the EU;
  2. Children under 6 years;
  3. Pupils, students, post graduate students, and accompanying teachers, who undertake the trip for the purpose of study or educational training;
  4. Researchers traveling for the purpose of carrying out scientific research.
